I can hardly believe it’s been a year since I met up with Sara and Schofield in Hopeland Gardens! We lucked out with the most beautiful day at the end of February- there were a few clouds in the sky (one of my favorite shooting conditions, if I’m being honest), but it was warm with the first blooms of the year starting to peek through.
These sweethearts actually met in San Diego, CA which is where they decided to have their wedding. But having lived in Augusta for the last few years, they decided to have their engagement photos taken here as a special reminder of this chapter in their lives! They love adventuring together- so much so that they moved all the way to NYC! It’s so fun to follow along on instagram and keep up with them! Plus their wedding photos are beautiful and I loved getting to see those too!
Going through all these photos has me so excited that Spring is almost here again! Also makes me excited that I’m still close enough to Hopeland Gardens that I can shoot there any time I want! Good times come on!
